2. Order process, conclusion of contract

The offer in our online shop represents a binding offer to you to conclude a contract with us. You can accept this offer by placing your order. The contract is concluded when you send your order to us.

When you have found the desired product, you can take a closer look at it without obligation by clicking on the product name, the product image or the link "To the product". By clicking the button [Add to basket] you can add the article to the basket. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time without obligation by clicking the button [shopping cart]. You can remove or change the products from the shopping cart by clicking on the graphics [Change] and [Delete]. If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click on the button "Proceed to checkout" on the "Shopping cart" page.

In the further course of the ordering process, create a customer account with your first order and choose the payment method and shipping options. In the last step you will receive an order overview of your order data and can check all the details again and delete or change them under [correct]. You can also correct input errors by navigating backwards in the browser or by canceling the ordering process and starting over. To complete the purchase, you must accept our general terms and conditions and press the button [order with payment]. This will send the order to us. As an end user, you can return used batteries and accumulators from our range to our dispatch warehouse free of charge or send them back to us. You can also return the old rechargeable batteries and batteries to a municipal collection point or to local retailers. Please note that batteries and accumulators must not be disposed of with household waste. This is indicated by the image of a crossed out garbage can on the batteries.

Because: Improper disposal of batteries and accumulators can have harmful effects on the environment and human health due to the substances contained in the batteries. For this reason, the separate collection and recycling of used batteries is of particular importance for the environment and health. Batteries and rechargeable batteries are also labeled with the chemical symbol of the respective pollutant they contain. Batteries that contain more than 0.0005 mass percent mercury, more than 0.002 mass percent cadmium or more than 0.004 mass percent lead are with the chemical signs of the metals (eg "Cd" for cadmium, "Pb" for lead, "Hg" for Mercury).
